Ribbon Cutting Held for the Williams Syndrome Family of Hope

The Williams Syndrome Family of Hope held a 5k and 1 mile fun run on Saturday March 10, 2012at the Tift County Recreation Department.The funds raised at this event will go to aid in research,education and daily necessities for the families who live with Williams Syndrome. There were many motivated participants who donated their time and money to this event.The Mayor,Councilman Chris Parrott and State Representative Tony McBrayer and his wife Diane were also in attendance. The paticipants enjoyed perfect weather and a great time was had by all. To round out the morning they held a ribbon cutting with some of the family members who live with Williams Syndrome. We really appreciate Kelley Bedore and all of those who worked so hard to pull off this fantastic event!
