Tifton-Tift County Chamber of Commerce Ambassadors and staff surprised Plantation 59 Apparel owner Kristen Hall with a Cash Mob Tuesday afternoon. Each visiting “mobber” had the opportunity to shop throughout the store as a show of support for local business. The Chamber of Commerce plans surprise Cash Mobs throughout the year.

My Georgia Hometown Magazine Ribbon Cutting

Stanley and Vickey Harsey with My Georgia Hometown Magazine held their ribbon cutting at the Tifton-Tift County Chamber of Commerce Tuesday morning. They were joined by members of their staff as well as Chamber of Commerce staff and Ambassadors. The new magazine is a quarterly publication covering seven counties including Tift County.

Advantage Realty celebrated its 10th anniversary Thursday, February 23rd, by hosting a Sunset Tifton event at their office at 609 Love Avenue. The staff welcomed friends and family along with staff and volunteers from the Tifton-Tift County Chamber of Commerce.

Tift County High School’s STAR Student Mary Kathryn Howard and STAR Teacher Jake Alley were recognized at the Tifton-Tift County Chamber of Commerce’s monthly membership meeting Thursday. Both were presented a plaque sponsored by Tift Regional Health Systems and a $50 check from First Community Bank. Howard will travel the Regional STAR banquet in Valdosta on March 9 where a regional winner will be selected.
