Ribbon Cutting held at the Main Street Scoop

The Main Street Scoop held a ribbon cutting on January 31st, 2012. This location is under new ownership and shares a new concept. Regardless of the name they are no longer an ice-cream store, but more of a sandwich/salad shop as well as a bakery. Kristin Shedd is the trained pastry chef. She works alonside her mother Kerry Kennedy who is the owner and her husband Brian who helps out when he is not teaching school.The food you will find there is wonderful and priced VERY reasonably. Great quality, great prices, great food, who could ask for more? Head downtown to 212 Main Street and enjoy some luunch and check out what’s going on downtown today.
