The company will invest approximately $60 million in a state-of-the-art facility that will employ approximately 200 people and distribute roughly 4.5 million cases of non-alcoholic beverages annually. The facility is scheduled to be operational in late 2021.
The new facility is located on Lamb Loop, just off Highway 41 South in Tift County. It will serve as a hub to distribute products and services to customers and other smaller Coca-Cola sales facilities throughout South Georgia and parts of the Florida panhandle.
The facility will front Interstate 75, providing great visibility to the attractive design of the building and the Coca-Cola brand in Tifton. It is being developed on 20 acres and construction will begin in early February.
