The Tifton-Tift County Chamber of Commerce will celebrate another great year with its Annual Meeting and Banquet on Feb. 1, 2018 at 7 p.m.. The event will once again be held at the UGA Tifton Campus Conference Center.

Tickets for the event are $40 each and a table of eight can be reserved for $300.

Each year, the banquet is held to celebrate the Chamber’s accomplishments during the previous year and to honor some of its outstanding members. Community leaders are selected to be a part of the Chamber’s Wall of Fame, which recognizes those in the community who have left an indelible print on Tift County with their civic service.

Other honors that are awarded during the Annual Banquet are The Stafford Award, presented to a leader in the area of economic development; the Prince Businesswoman of the Year; the John Hunt Entrepreneur of the Year; the J. Lamar Branch Award given to a newcomer to the Chamber who has exhibited great leadership abilities; the Rotary Ethics in Business Award and the Ambassador of the Year.
